As a child i absolutely hated going to the dentist. The smell was weird, the noises were scary. The numbing hurt and it was annoying. NOW, getting older and the world just getting more serious day by day, I realized going to the dentist regularly and taking care of yourself is just one of those things you needed to do if you wanted to live a long healthy life regardless of the pain and smells. I was a mere 20 years old looking for a new dentist and decided to take a limb and trust Dr Bateson with my oral care. If you asked me now, at 28. Going to the dentist is one of my top favorite places to go. That sounds crazy. But the CARE I receive, the attention to detail, the atmosphere, the people, adding the feeling of having clean teeth is just top tier for me. Its not scary, or smelly. I will always recommend Dr Bateson and her team!

I recently had an emergency visit ( they fit me right in) and they were able to finish the work while I was there and charged me for a regular visit instead. Going to the dentist can be unpleasant but I like Dr Bateson and her staff. Keep up the good work!

Dr. Bateson and the entire staff here are very professional and courteous. Extremely accommodating to my ever changing schedule when work had me traveling all over the place at the drop of a hat and they would work around my schedule to fit me in. Once you've been there a few times and you walk in the door they greet you by name and treat you like apart of their family. It's a great atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable. When it comes to the dental work, after neglecting my teeth for years, Dr. Bateson and her team take pride and strive for perfection with every little detail in their work. I've had several crowns and fillings done and they take their time with each individual item to make sure it's the best work they've done. I couldn't be happier with my choice when I decided to come here.

Additionally, the laser they use for fillings didn't hurt at all and they didn't need to numb me. I got 3 fillings in under an hour and could eat/drink as soon as I left.

I called in 12/19 on a whim, hoping they were accepting new patients (they were). I was able to get in for half of a deep clean on 12/20, and I'm going back on 12/21 to finish. Scheduling was a breeze!
The hygienist, Nicole was so fun to chat with, attentive, and answered all my questions before I could even ask them. She suggested applying for the Care credit so I got approved and got some financial help and owed $0 today.
I offered front receptionist Keira (sp?) my phone, and she went above and beyond to finish signing me up with CareCredit while I continued to be worked on.
If you need a dentist with a kind staff and that treats you with respect, call Dr Bateson's office!

Her hygienist, Nicole, was so friendly and so patient. Kiera the receptionist was able to help me get set up with CareSource on my phone so I could get approved for extra payment help.
